I visited this place for the first time, and I'm pleased. I have severe acne, and when we finished, my face felt soft, clean, and less bloated. I will return because I felt good in every way. If you ever need to clear your acne, I 100% recommend coming here; you'll be as happy as I am with the results. Update: SEP 2025 I had been away on business, but upon my return to Miami, the first thing I did was get my facials. It was the best facial I've ever received. My skin was super clean, and I felt greatly relaxed. 100% recommended.

I came to Kalos Spa Center on a recommendation after visiting several dermatologists who couldn't find a solution for my facial dermatitis. I was truly delighted with the facial treatments and Sandra's care. She is very professional and dedicated, always putting all her effort into helping me, and the results have been excellent. What I value most is that she gives me advice not only on facial care but also on nutrition, and she always answers every one of my questions, which is greatly appreciated. The facility is impeccable and the atmosphere is super pleasant. Today my skin is more hydrated and radiant. From the moment you open the door you feel this peacefulness and tranquility. I am very picky with who touches my face because of past experiences. I would drive miles for her because she is absolutely amazing. She takes her time and you don't feel like you're just a dollar sign client in and out. If you have any concerns she will also be available to you once you leave. She goes above and beyond and truly knows what she is doing. My skin has never been this clear and glowy since I've been coming to get my routine facials. Her products are even better and they work wonders. Starting my journey with Kalos Facial Center has been one of the best. From making me feel welcomed to experiencing amazing results in a short amount of time.
